Distraction Aggregation for the past week or two

Image echoes

There are obviously only so many ways you can photograph large mining operations and people nearby but the peculiarities of problem and solution closely juxtaposed and then the reaction too it in more ominous fashion seems oddly resonant.

Termite

The word Termite is a portmanteau and contraction of the phrase 'terminator mite'. A mighty mite that might terminate your place of dwelling from the outside in with you in it.

Distraction aggregation

A rockslide in Greenland and the subsequent Tsunami set the Earth ringing for 9 days. I have been re-listening to The Silt Verses to drive some inspiration to do more writing. This is still a great bit of writing and audio production.

You do not need this...

I do not need any more notebooks or sketchbooks, I really don't. I certainly don't need to spend loads of money on the very nice things at Ugmonk, particularly this brass discbound sketchbook . There's something about the aesthetics of tobacco pipes that I find fascinating. I may also be harbouring fantasies of being a wizard...

Richard - from an old notebook

He was there, you know, that guy . He was wearing a black button-down shirt, tucked into his bootcut jeans over a paunch, and yes, boots. Probably cowboy boots. He has small black sunglasses on and collar-length hair. He is rather too ready with his rather too strong opinions and tries voicing them rather too loudly to make friends with people that are much younger than him. You know the guy, he hangs around music shops, comic book stores, and anywhere that sells anything to do with jazz. He was there, and he needed a breath mint. I think his name is Richard, but most people shorten it. Would this have been funnier if he hadn't become that guy?
